What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Attorney position at Ultimate Outsourcing?
Requirements -
· 1-3 years Personal Injury Exp - Preferably on the Plaintiff's side
· Active FL Bar Member
· Spanish speaking - Preferrable, but not a deal breaker
· Soft Skills - Young, Hungry and Hard working - aka - "Grinder"
Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
· Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
· 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
· A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
· Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
· Must be computer proficient
