What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney position at Ultimate Outsourcing?
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar license in the state of Michigan.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of litigation experience, in medical malpractice plaintiff side
- Experience in Dental Malpractice is a big plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
