Job Summary
We are looking for a plumbing property maintenance helper and general repairs with hours as needed on various properties with very flexible hours. We have several projects coming up so could provide as many or as few hours as are feasible with your schedule
Responsibilities and Duties
Main responsibilities include helping with the following:
- house renovations -repairing and installing pex plumbing lines, drains, working on forced air gas furnaces, maintaining boilers,
- occasional light electrical, plumbing , sheetrock, flooring, roof, repairs
- help maintain any problems that arise or help arrange for reasonable contractors to take care of them promptly
This would be an independent contractor position with flexible hours as long as issues or projects are managed in a timely fashion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
