Job Description

Ultimate Screen Printing is looking for a promotional products expert that will have the opportunity to sell into an established book of business with warm introductions. The Account Executive will help also grow and manage Ultimate Screen Printing’s customer base by building new relationships and sales opportunities within the Chicagoland area. We are currently looking for motivated individuals with previous experience in promotional product sales. This role will have the opportunity to build and manage a team of promotional products specialists.

Responsibilities of the sales rep will include, but will not be limited to:

• Prospect new event, race, team and corporate accounts within the sales territory
• Work with decorated apparel Account Executives to add promotional products to existing accounts.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with existing and new customers
• Travel to meetings with prospective clients
• Develop estimates and proposals ensuring strong margins are maintained
• Consult with sales manager, production team, marketing team and all levels of management in the course of closing a deal and ensuring orders are processed to customer satisfaction

Requirements

Successful candidates should have the majority of these qualifications and characteristics:

• Must be outgoing and energetic.
• 2 years as inside sales or outside sales rep with a proven record of high volume sales. Must have a background in promotional products industry.
• Excellent time management skills and the savvy to juggle competing priorities.
• Skills to sell and communicate clearly through all communication channels: verbal, written and face-to-face; exceptionally practiced phone and email skills.
• Understanding that good customer service is not personal, it's just good business!
• Capacity to solve problems effectively and to make good decisions in order to meet customer expectations consistent with Ultimate Screen Printing policies.
• Skilled with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and other database management software.
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
