CNC Machine Operator

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their client's dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. This client is renowned for providing contract manufacturing, laser processing, and finishing services across a variety of industries, with a strong emphasis on customer service. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of automated manufacturing processes.

• Prepare and operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Understand specifications of tasks and desired results by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machines to execute the correct functions.
• Prepare and load raw materials onto the machines.
• Set up and run first pieces to verify outputs meet specifications.
• Supervise machines during tasks, making necessary adjustments for improved results.
• Inspect and measure finished products, ensuring processes are completed correctly.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and closely follow directions.

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $30 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
