Customer Service/Order Processor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative include answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service to assist our client’s customers with questions, product information and orders

Additional duties include:

• Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as needed
• Providing information about products,services and customer orders
• Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, as well as actions taken
• Reviewing or making changes to customer accounts

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1Â years recent customer service/order entry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Bi-lingual- English/Spanish ( Preferred)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and strong data entry skills
• Strong communication an interpersonal skill
• Excellent follow up and organizational skills
