HR Generalist Job Duties:
Administer and enhance compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for technical and non-technical positions.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, including coordination of training and development programs to ensure employee success.
Offer guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including leaves of absence, compensation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Champion HR programs and initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and efficient workplace culture.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and company goals.
Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to leadership.
Maintain employee records and files in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
HR Generalist Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
2 to 3 years experience working as a Human Resources Generalist.
