Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Description:
- Support new business proposals through responding to RFIs, completing cross references and pricing proposals, coordinating contract redlines and responses, creating pitch presentations, etc.
- Create a master customer contract database and proactively ensure that all contract deadlines and renewals are planned for and managed to achieve business objectives.
- Receive and enter customer orders. Coordinate complex orders.
- Ensure that international orders are correctly entered and fulfilled, including correct importation paperwork, freight terms, and freight logistics.
- Ensure that orders for clinical studies are correctly entered and fulfilled, including regulatory compliance, custom labeling, freight terms, and freight logistics.
- Create and manage a system for providing customers with frequently requested electronic files: regulatory certifications, product imagery, marketing collateral, etc.
- Develop relationships with customer contact, providing an impeccable level of service that leads to high customer satisfaction and creates new sales opportunities.
- Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met, and KORU can respond quickly to urgent needs: sales, business development, marketing, regulatory, operations, finance.
- Assist with product back orders and maintain a tracking method to prioritize urgent orders within Area/Region(s)
- Maintain information utilizing Microsoft Office and other programs/software.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for company retention policies, maintain performance documents, customer exchange documentation, regional files, etc.
- Frequently consults with business partners and field sales on function-specific policies and procedures and prepares communications, and presentations.
- Support continuous improvements of current processes and creation of new capabilities to meet future needs of the team and the business.
- Maintenance of appropriate paperwork, data entry, sales force tracing and updating accounts, organization of department files including presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and reports
- Collect data for analysis, coordinate order placement and communication to field office personnel, track returned products and work with employees to resolve issues.
- Attend company sponsored courses/training as required to maintain skills and professional development.
