Job Title: Subrogation Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Subrogation Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting our subrogation team to deliver top-notch services.
About the Role:
As a key member of our client services department, you will ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and facilitate efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Building: Identify creative solutions to enhance the client experience and satisfaction.
- New Account Implementation: Coordinate and support the implementation of new client accounts.
- Document Retrieval: Obtain necessary client documents from benefit consultants, claim administrators, or clients directly.
- Claim Verification: Coordinating with claim administrators to verify claim payments or obtain bill copies/EOBs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions for training and tracking purposes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 5 years in customer-facing roles with a focus on Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Services, or relevant experience (e.g., Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer Service Programs & CRM Software: Experience with customer service programs and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel), or the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
