About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to fuel business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and establishing strategic partnerships. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and working closely with the internal sales team to enhance the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create and implement growth strategies that align with company goals.

Account Manager

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, Full-time 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

SALARY : $28.85 / hr. (For the first 90-day during training $28.85 / hr. After training base salary of $50K 10% commission with no cap.)

LOCATION : Greenfield, NH (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Follow Up on Leads - Engage with prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet converted.
  • Prepare and Submit Quotes - Generate and provide accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.
  • Lead Generation - Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Nurturing - Maintain communication with potential clients to build trust and keep the company top of mind.
  • Close Deals - Guide warm leads through the sales process to successfully convert them into customers.
  • Customer Engagement - Check in with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • CRM Management - Utilize HubSpot to track follow-ups, conversations, and customer data effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to make outbound warm client calls and emails.
