Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator with Accounting Clerk experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks , experience managing inventory and light purchasing , and strong administrative skills. This is a Part-Time role will be responsible for handling daily office operations, processing invoices, managing communications, and supporting various administrative and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting & Finance :
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Process and pay invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain financial records and assist with reports as needed.
