Director of Business Development - Medical Devices
Location: New England / East Coast (primarily remote position but must be able to travel frequently to customers, all expenses covered by company)
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 Uncapped Bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand our medical device contract manufacturing business across New England and the East Coast. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong industry network and a proven track record in solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities by building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and execute growth strategies based on industry trends and market needs.
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales efforts to expand customer partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Report regularly on sales activity, market intelligence, and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience selling contract design & manufacturing services to medical device OEMs.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and expand strategic partnerships.
- Established network of senior-level contacts within leading medical device OEMs.
- Expertise in injection molding, design services, electromechanical, and single-use device assembly.
- Strong self-starter with leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
