Buyer Position

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Buyer to join a specialty contractor's team in California. This position is fully onsite in Anaheim, offering a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage vendor relations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities :

• Procure a variety of materials ranging from ducting to sheet metal, fasteners, adhesives, and more.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage vendor list and oversee the vendor approval process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Install teams regarding upcoming project needs and delivery timelines.
• Place Purchase Orders and monitor them to ensure timely delivery.

Compensation :

Pay range is $25 - $30 per hour.
