What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer position at Ultimate Staffing?
Specialty contractor seeking a new Buyer to join their team!
Position is fully onsite in Anaheim and schedule is Mon-Fri 730a-4pm
-Responsible for procurement of variety of materials ranging from ducting to sheet metal, fasteners, adhesives etc...
-Negotiate pricing with vendors
-Manage vendor list and vendor approval process
-Coordinate with Sales, Service and Install teams related to upcoming project needs and delivery timelines
-Place Purchase Orders and monitor POs for timely delivery
Position Requirements:
Experience with Quickbooks is required along with being proficient in MS Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
