  • Supervise the Client Support team between 5 and 8 employees.
  • Monitor and control the daily workflow.
  • Recommends and implements improved business processes.
  • Review and audit the work performed by the Client Support personnel.
  • Assures all responses to inquiries are accurate, timely and are properly documented
  • Train and develop new employees

    Proven work experience as Customer Service or Customer Support Supervisor, Manager or Assistant Manager.
