Position Summary:
The Client Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This position involves both internal team leadership and external client engagement across industries such as healthcare, education, corporate, and government. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, driving customer success strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven success in team leadership, client retention, and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Team Leadership
Retain and support existing clients
Lead, mentor, and train a customer success team
Ensure team meets KPIs related to retention and growth
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage commitments
Travel up to 20% (seasonal)
Onboarding & Training
Learn and train internal and external clients on proprietary systems
Enhance and update SOPs and customer service policies
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Analyze and improve customer service performance metrics
Handle escalated client issues and implement process improvements

Account Growth & Expansion
Prepare performance reports for senior management
Develop strategic plans for client engagement and upselling

Tools Used:
Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Talk Desk, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Office 365, and more.
