Job Title : Construction Project Manager - Electrical Specialty

Compensation : $90,000-$130,000 Bonus

Position Overview :

Our client, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a focus on electrical systems. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the electrical aspect of construction projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring all parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, while anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee and supervise all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications.
  • Execute quality control protocols, ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards and contractual requirements.
  • Lead the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive effective communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction projects, with a specific focus on electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with all technical and regulatory standards.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
