Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare export shipments and manage the distribution of international export documentation.
- Coordinate export shipments for designated customers, including shipping, labeling, and cargo distribution.
- Generate and distribute export documents to traffic, CFS, and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with trucking companies, steamship lines, and other facilities to arrange pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring efficient shipment processing.
- Perform filing and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Issue freight bills and invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments within credit terms.
- Assist with general business support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics field is required, with a strong preference for ocean export experience.
- Familiarity with SAP and AS400 is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Pay: $23-25/hr.
- Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri (30 min. unpaid lunch break)
