What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-level Recruiter (Direct Hire) position at Ultimate Staffing?
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct high-volume recruiting for independent contractors, primarily drivers.
- Partner with department managers to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and online databases to identify top talent.
- Conduct interviews using structured and effective selection techniques.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (as needed) to build a talent pipeline.
- Guide applicants through the hiring process, from application to onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with DOT/CFR regulations and manage driver records.
- Perform audits, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide general support for HR functions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in recruiting or sales is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people.
- Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary monthly performance bonuses based on recruiting KPIs (typically ranging from $200-$1,000 per month).
- Work Environment: 100% onsite in Roseville with situational flexibility like weather
