Job Description:
- Answer 30-50 telephone calls per day and assist guests with booking travel arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries through both phone and email.
- Assist clients in uploading the necessary personal documentation.
- Troubleshoot technology and process-related issues with clients over the phone.
- Offer helpful feedback while maintaining a high level of patience with each client.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of patience and conflict de-escalation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, research, and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently.
Additional Info:
- Pay rate: $20-$21/hr
- Schedule: 9AM -5:30PM Monday - Friday
- Location: 100% in office in Edina
