Job Description
The Production Engineering Manager will oversee all manufacturing and production engineering activities, including work order implementation, router creation, and process improvements. This role leads a team of engineers and planners, driving efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop manufacturing routers and production drawings.
- Lead engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure product manufacturability.
- Manage and develop team performance, attendance, and safety.
