Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Location : Santa Barbara, CA
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate listings.
- Manage ad budgets and placements across both print and digital media.
- Create engaging marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and emails.
- Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, etc.) to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update property listings and related marketing content.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and manage client outreach.
