Responsibilities
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, including multi-state payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and other compensation-related offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment and updates within the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless compensation processing, reporting, and invoicing.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits eligibility, coverage options, and claims processing.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing new benefits programs or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Manage reporting for compensation, benefits utilization, and trends for management review.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least three years of professional experience with compensation & benefits; multi-state required.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; UKG or Paylocity highly preferred.
