Ultimate Staffing Hartford is actively seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their client's dynamic team in Connecticut. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about overseeing production operations and ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

• Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance the skills of production staff.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production operations.
  
  

• Educational requirement is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
