Project Manager $55K-$65K

Job Description:

• Scheduling of Technicians and other crew members for installation projects
• Manage customers' service work orders including client account set up, material ordering, client communication, warranty coverage, closeout and invoicing.
• Lead customer communication to maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Manage emergency work orders on an on-going basis in a rotational on-call system.
• Schedule crew members for service and warranty work orders to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Hold internal and external partners accountable to scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure consistency in project and service quality.
• Manage status update reporting (Oracle, Smartsheet, Sales Force & customer portals).

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of service coordinating experience (experience with scheduling Technicians, invoicing, handling work orders, and 3rd party communication)
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
• Lighting, Electrical, and LED project management or technical knowledge is a plus (industrial, retail, etc.)
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication.
• Accommodating, flexible, and able to respond to last minute requests.
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
• Ability to multitask, transition and keep multiple projects/tasks separated and organized.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $55,000 to $65,000 (depending on years of experience)
• Schedule: M-F, flexible hours (average employee works 8-5, but you can work any schedule you'd like as long as you hit the 40 hours/week)
• Location: In office in Plymouth, MN
• Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
