Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join a well-established subcontracting company based in Baltimore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work as part of a collaborative team and will interact with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. This is an onsite position with occasional visits to project sites.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple projects related to elevator installation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and adjust timelines when necessary.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Track and manage project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
- Perform quality assurance and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
