Ultimate Staffing is looking for a top notch sales person for one of our well-established industry leading moving company clients in Syosset, NY, specializing in providing white glove full service when it comes to relocating. As they continue to grow and expand, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth moving experience for customers while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service existing accounts, and establish new accounts by planning and daily schedules to call on existing or potential new accounts.
- Presenting our services and pricing in a clear and compelling manner
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information.,
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Have knowledge of sales techniques.
- Actively prospect and develop new client relationships through cold-calling, networking, and referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, a customer-first approach to sales
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Communication, written and verbal skills

Base - 40,000 : Salary
40 plus per week
Commission Structure -
- 2 % handling of house accounts
- 2.5% handling of house leads
- 4% new leads / accounts.

License/Certification:
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
