Job Title: Temporary Scanning Project Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Scanning Project Assistant for a short-term assignment in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will assist in scanning, organizing, and categorizing documents for a large-scale project. This position requires accuracy, the ability to work efficiently, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and digitize paper documents, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Organize and categorize scanned documents according to project guidelines.
• Maintain proper file management to ensure quick retrieval of digital files.
• Perform quality checks to ensure scanned materials are clear and properly archived.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience with document scanning or administrative work is a plus.
• Proficient in using scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Duration: Temporary, expected duration of 1-2 months (with possible extension).

Compensation: $20 per hour
