Key Responsibilities :
- Install, program, maintain, and replace various security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and intercom systems.
- Configure and maintain hardware, software, and networked systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, hardware, and software.
- Perform regular system backups and implement security measures to protect data integrity.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure systems meet customer needs and expectations.
- Provide end-user training and technical support to ensure efficient system use.
