Compensation: $115-$130K DOE - Plus Annual Bonus

Sr. Manager, Retail Media
A leading performance-driven marketing agency for global brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Retail Media to lead a team of media managers and specialists focused on retail media search and programmatic channels. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to implement cross-channel strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes for our brand partners.
You'll work cross-functionally with creative, client services, and analytics teams to ensure media efforts are integrated and effective. The right candidate brings hands-on experience in retail media, a strong strategic mindset, and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
Strategic Leadership (30%)
Develop a deep understanding of client goals and proactively deliver media strategies that are forward-thinking and results-driven.
Collaborate with leadership to oversee media planning, ensuring strategies are cohesive and support broader business objectives.
Conceptualize bold, outside-the-box approaches to retail media and lead the development of compelling proposals.
Present strategies to clients with clarity, confidence, and a strong data-informed narrative.
Partner with other departments to identify ways to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
Operations & Team Management (60%)
Align team goals with broader company objectives and drive performance across the advertising group.
Attend high-level client meetings (virtually and/or in person) to discuss media plans, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Encourage the team to dive deep into campaign performance, delivering optimization strategies and meaningful insights.
Routinely audit campaign performance across search and display to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Manage 2-3 key accounts and coach junior team members on campaign execution, optimization, and best practices.
Innovation & Growth (10%)
Stay on top of trends in the retail media space and represent the agency at relevant industry events.
Identify process improvements or new technologies that drive team efficiency and enhance client results.
Uncover and present new service opportunities to enhance client partnerships and agency offerings.

2-3 years of experience with Amazon DSP, with the ability to translate full-funnel tactics into measurable outcomes
Strong client communication skills and ability to present media plans and performance results with clarity and confidence
