We are searching for a Bench General Manager for our fast-growing company in the pet-hospitality market. Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the company's operation effort to support growth and profitability goals.
- Take the helm in mentoring, guiding, and leading a team of devoted staff members, encompassing front desk personnel, pet care attendants, and maintenance staff.
- Insist on the highest echelons of care and contentment for every animal residing at our pet hotel.
- Enforce and exemplify adherence to our company policies and protocols to ensure a secure and pristine environment.
- Innovate and implement strategies designed to elevate guest satisfaction and secure lasting patronage.
- Collaborate synergistically with marketing and sales teams to amplify the reach and spectrum of our services.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a manner that reflects professionalism and promptness.
- Spearhead the financial facet, which includes budget allocation, expenditure control, and revenue amplification.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate reports pertaining to operations, inventory, and personnel.
- Stay attuned to the latest industry trends and best practices to perpetually refine service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Supplementary experience in animal behavior, health, or grooming a definitive advantage.
- High volume store managerial experience.
- Articulate with clarity, harness exceptional interpersonal skills, and exude empathy towards pets and their well-being.
