Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of all services offered including cryotherapy recovery treatments and other wellness services.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatment options based on their individual needs and goals.
< / p>
Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
< / p>
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
< / p>
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals through sales and upselling of additional services and packages.
< / p>
Stay updated on industry trends new treatments and advancements in technology related to cryotherapy and wellness services.
< / p>
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
< / p>
Qualifications :
< / p>
High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
< / p>
Previous experience administering injections and working in a medical or wellness setting is highly desirable.
< / p>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.
< / p>
Salesoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
< / p>
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
< / p>
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
< / p>
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
< / p>
CPR certification preferred.
< / p>
Flexibility to work until 6 pm and Half day Saturdays as needed.
