Job Summary :
As a Skin Technician at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will be responsible for performing all cryotherapy and skin care services ensuring a safe and professional experience for each client. This role focuses on providing exceptional service without direct involvement in sales consultations. However you will have the opportunity to generate referrals and upsell or crosssell services to enhance the client experience. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for wellness and aesthetics who enjoys delivering highquality care and building strong relationships with clients. This parttime position offers up to $15.00 per hour for 3035 hours per week Monday through Saturday.
This position is for our brandnew location scheduled to open in early spring!!

Responsibilities :
- Perform all cryotherapy services including wholebody cryo localized cryotherapy and other treatments offered by Ultra Cryo & Recovery.
- Ensure client comfort and safety during treatments following all protocols and procedures.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients on posttreatment care and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services and products to existing clients to enhance their treatment experience.
- Generate client referrals through excellent service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a professional welcoming and friendly environment for all clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through ongoing care and engagement.
- Track client progress and ensure all services are properly documented.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Help manage inventory of supplies and report any needs or shortages.
- Work closely with the front desk and sales team to coordinate client appointments and treatment plans.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Benefits
Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness-related services is preferred. A deep understanding of cryotherapy or willingness to learn is required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client care. Ability to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance client satisfaction without pushing sales consultations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Capable of following strict protocols and safety guidelines for cryotherapy treatments. Must be able to work collaboratively with a team while taking ownership of client service.
