Provides technical support to engineers to ensure timely completion of project design(s) and testing. Ability to Travel to support Customer Acceptance Testing at naval facilities.

Job Description
The mechanical engineering technician will be primarily supporting sonobuoy production efforts which can include a broad range of tasking such as: troubleshooting support, tooling design/modification, operator training, failure analysis, and preventative maintenance. Additional responsibilities could include support on development programs through prototype fabrication, assemble/disassemble hardware, and performance testing. This role will help support customer acceptance testing at naval facilities.
Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3 years of related experience.
Associate Degree (or equivalent) preferred .

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
