What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Success Manager position at Ultra Librarian?
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Partner Success Manager to join our team. As the Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing and lead generation programs globally for our clients to run on our Ultra librarian engineering platform, the world’s largest source of hardware engineering CAD data. This role provides a strong blend of marketing strategy and execution skills with interpersonal and relationship building to help our partners achieve their goals while continuing to grow Ultra Librarian’s global presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients alongside sales & engineering to discuss marketing options, strategies, and analytics reports
- Work with partners and internal team to create email campaigns
- Coordinate delivery of partner marketing and lead gen programs on Ultra librarian
- Execute partner multi-channel campaigns including, email, SEO, SEM, social
- Work cross functionally with teams to push campaigns live
- Communicate and maintain relationships with partners
- Help partners define and access analytics to track program success and metrics
- Meet with partners and use analytics dashboards to review program performance
- Work with internal teams to provide feedback on program effectiveness and collect feedback from partners on new program options
- Work closely with Sales team to support partners pre and post sales
Requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience with email marketing, social media, project management, and analytics is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage projects with many moving parts
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Graphic design or Canva experience preferred
- Experience with technical marketing and engineering / software markets is a plus
- Bonus Experience and Skills: Experience at an Agency, Basic HTML proficiency
