Oversees small line of business level financial planning and analysis including policy, process, tools, training, and staffing. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.

Job Description
Manages the financial analysis projects and statistical studies. Provides key financial analysis and leadership reports by managing various monthly reporting processes. Provides guidance on investment and project decisions. Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met including approved budgets.
Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and 7 years of related experience with 1 years leadership experience.
