Ultradent is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join its fast-paced Oral Care and Teeth Whitening Consumer Business Unit . You will work closely with the Consumer Brand and Marketing Manager, various advertising agencies to maintain the day-to-day oversight of direct-to-consumer sales channel (Shopify, TikTok, Shop, etc.). In addition to daily oversight, you will coordinate various digital tactics, including (but not limited to) email marketing, social media community management, influencer & creator campaigns, public relations.

You will also assist as needed with brand and product development and liaisoning customer concerns and questions with the customer service team . If you’re looking for exposure to various facets of digital marketing, product development, cultivating positive relationships, and fostering customer loyalty, this position is for you.

What Your Impact Will Be (General Responsibilities)

• Oversight of DTC sales channel (e.g., opalescence.com, TikTok Shop, etc.). This includes (but is not limited to) incorporating non-programming site updates, accessing reports, managing customer relationships, and liaisoning with the customer service team, shipping partners (internal & external), and advertising agency to address any customer and digital storefront-related tasks.
• Actively monitoring and addressing questions from customers and potential customers. Instances include (but are not limited to) opalescence.com reviews, contact us form, social media, email, and SMS.
• Fostering connections, responding to consumers promptly, and encouraging collaborations on social media.
• Working with the Consumer Brand & Marketing Manager to develop and coordinate various marketing activities .
• Coordinating content approvals of consumer marketing assets with regulatory, quality, clinical, and other team members.
• Coordinating with our authorized Amazon partners to gather marketing assets, SDS, regulatory, quality, clinical, and other necessary documentation to support our Amazon business as needed.Assisting the Consumer Brand & Marketing Manager with analyzing, developing, and reviewing marketing reports.
• Conducting QA testing of the DTC storefronts and various marketing assets.
• Establish strong working relationships with all internal and external partners.
• Assisting with professional product development needs, including conducting competitive analysis, coordinating packaging development, and ensuring proper SKU setup in Ultradent’s system as needed.

What We Are Looking For In You (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, community management, social media, events, or consumer marketing is ideal.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and consumer-first attitude of responsiveness.
• Desire to learn from new trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
• Quick decision-making, effective monitoring, & good judgment skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Bazaar Voice, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Prior experience with community management and moderation within Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube is a plus.
• Prior familiarity with e-commerce sales such as Amazon.com, walmart.com, target.com, and TikTok shop is a plus.
