Manufacturing Engineering Technician II - Second Shift
Location : University Research Park, Madison, WI
Schedule : Full-Time | Second Shift
Sign-On Bonu s : $1,500 after 90 days

What You'll Do :
- Take ownership of product assembly processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze labor variances and implement corrective actions.
- Address production non-conformances promptly and recommend process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop innovative solutions.
- Create and update process documentation, deviations, and work instructions.
- Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to daily tasks.
- Collaborate with the Lean Manufacturing Team and production leadership on process enhancements.
- Assist in designing and recommending process-related tooling.
- Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.
