The Senior SOC Analyst/SOC Manager will work with one of our Federal Government customers to help deliver a Security Operations Center. We are seeking someone who holds an Active Secret, or Active Top Secret Clearance, to support the growth.

The Senior SOC Analyst/SOC Manager will work with one of our Federal Government customers to help deliver a Security Operations Center. We are seeking someone who holds an Active Secret, or Active Top Secret Clearance, to support the growth.
What You'll Do:
- Performing day-to-day management of the contractor staff
- Perform more detailed operations support alongside House staff
- Coordinate incident response with security operations staff in coordination with House staff
- Work with the House operations staff to perform event handling and incident response
- Perform advanced analysis of tier 1 and tier 2 monitoring and alerting conclusions alongside senior House operations staff
- Create additional training and documentation for the SOC operations
- Assist in the development and performance of operational metrics for SOC operations
- Oversee the development and performance of quality control checks for SOC operations
- Work with the House staff to address adhoc taskings as they arise
- Interact with other stakeholders in the House community for troubleshooting/content development/etc. This interaction could include other members of CyberSecurity, the networking team, systems administrators, technology support partners, etc.
- Demonstrated deep technical level experience supporting security network defense and strategies.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- A technical, not academic, understanding of the current threats and tactics being used to attack systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all members of the House community; to include non-technical end users, regionally dispersed system administrators, and CyberSecurity leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain at minimum a SECRET clearance, TS/SCI is preferred.
- U.S. Citizen is required
- Required: Ability to pass a USCP background check.

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
