Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and update listings on Amazon Seller Central, including variations and compliance checks for policy violations. Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure optimization of titles, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other details.
- Maintain Brand Registry.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid marketing campaigns, including competitor analysis.
- Oversee online marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, and review generation.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and social media marketing.
- Develop and implement new product launch strategies, including A/B testing and marketing for Amazon.
- Oversee PPC campaigns to meet sales and margin goals.
- Perform keyword research and Best Seller Rank analysis to enhance marketplace visibility.
- Analyze and test keywords, bid management, ad copy, landing pages, and storefronts to improve advertising efficiency.
- Collaborate with product development teams and/or suppliers to ensure effective online product launches.
- Manage and monitor FBA inventory levels and process shipments to maintain availability.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Manage remote customer support team and other contracted agents.
- Stay current with Amazon best practices, trends, and platform updates.
- Other duties as assigned include, but not limited to expanding on other sales channels (Shopify, Walmart, Chewy, etc.)
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- 4 years management/operation experience on Amazon Seller Central
- Including, but not limited to, amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.mx, amazon.co.uk, amazon.co.jp, amazon.com.au
- Proficiency in Amazon analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Experienced in Amazon seller tools like H10 or Jungle Scout...etc.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
