Key Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly payroll input managed by central payroll
- Maintain timekeeping records and collection
- Prepare and process garnishments
- Provide support to employees regarding any payroll inquiries
- Prepare overtime reports and monthly payroll reports
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related duties as necessary
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including simple and advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Basic proficiency in other MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping abilities
