- Manage end-to-end payrolling processes including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements
- Resolve payrolling queries and issues from employees and clients in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with payrolling regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payrolling processes and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payrolls and address any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of payrolling reports and provide insights for decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payrolling laws and regulations
- Handle year-end payrolling activities including W-2 processing and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients regarding payrolling matters
- Participate in payrolling system enhancements and updates
