Manufacturing – Business Operations Associate
Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid – 50% Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Position Summary:
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy & Business Operations Associate plays a crucial role in driving key business initiatives, optimizing processes, and enhancing data analytics and visualization strategies. This role will lead cross-functional projects, manage governance frameworks, and implement change management strategies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Business Operations & Governance:
- Establish, document, and maintain Global Supply Chain (GSC) governance frameworks, business processes, and best practices.
- Facilitate governance meetings, set agendas, and lead discussions to ensure structured decision-making.
- Standardize and streamline strategic planning processes across all GSC pillars.
- Develop and oversee tools to evaluate supply chain performance and enable proactive risk management.
Data Analytics & Visualization:
- Develop and execute data analytics and visualization strategies, collaborating with business partners to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Build and manage dashboards and performance scorecards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, or Solvace to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct external benchmarking to identify industry best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in data analytics and digital transformation.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead GSC-wide projects and initiatives, driving strategic objectives across business pillars such as delivery, planning, clinical supply chain, and digital excellence.
- Oversee business calendar processes, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage cross-functional projects, coordinating teams to drive performance improvements.
Change Management & Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of business initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate centers of excellence for change management and organizational culture.
- Organize team-building events, workshops, and engagement activities to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Execute communication plans, including newsletters, town halls, and leadership updates.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
✅ Experience:
- 4 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, or data analytics, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience with data science, modeling, and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Solvace).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in business process optimization, risk management, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint skills (animations, transitions, multimedia elements).

Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
