Overview

As an IT Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions within scope, time, and budget. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of various IT projects, ensuring that they align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Conduct project post-implementation reviews and create recommendations report.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
