• Conduct product inspections to confirm compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.
• Compile and analyze operational records, including yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
• Review work orders and technical specifications, ensuring appropriate resources are requisitioned.
• Accurately enter and verify employee work time records in the system.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing changing project requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and effectively document outcomes for team presentations.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing settings.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity, showcasing strong people management skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.

• A 4-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience as recognized by executive management.
