Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members engaged in assembling, testing, and inspecting assemblies and subassemblies.
- Strategically plan work assignments based on project priorities and individual worker skills.
- Assess employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct product inspections to confirm compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.
- Compile and analyze operational records, including yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
- Review work orders and technical specifications, ensuring appropriate resources are requisitioned.
- Accurately enter and verify employee work time records in the system.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing changing project requirements.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing settings.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
