- Automation: Implement and manage automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitoring Tools: Use monitoring tools such as ITRS, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Autosys to oversee system performance and address potential issues.
- Extensive experience in core production support roles.
