Manufacturing Apprentice

As a Manufacturing Apprentice, you will play a critical role in the production process of our organization. This position involves hands-on learning and training within our manufacturing environment, offering you the chance to understand various machinery, processes, and quality-control standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring machinery throughout the manufacturing process.
• Learn and comply with safety standards and protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Support experienced operators in the setup and calibration of machines.
• Participate in production planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and material usage.
• Contribute to team meetings and share observations on efficiency improvements.
• Understand and apply quality control measures to meet production standards.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Engage in hands-on training sessions related to various manufacturing processes.
• Learn to interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive working atmosphere.
• Provide support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
