π Regulatory Strategy, Planning & Testimony (90%)

This individual will work cross-functionally with IT leadership, finance, and regulatory teams to prepare testimony, coordinate compliance activities, and support strategic decision-making aligned with IT and enterprise goals.
π Key Responsibilities
π Regulatory Strategy, Planning & Testimony (90%)
- Lead and coordinate all IT-related components of regulatory rate cases and proceedings (GRC, TO, RAMP, and others)
- Develop and drive integrated planning processes for IT regulatory filings
- Partner with senior IT leadership to align regulatory strategy with organizational goals
- Collaborate with witness teams to prepare regulatory testimony and supporting documentation
- Oversee regulatory deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement across business functions
- Research utility industry practices and benchmarks to support testimony development
- Ensure IT roadmaps align with regulatory requirements and compliance obligations
- Support development of tools, templates, and repositories for case preparation
- Present at external workshops or stakeholder forums when required
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in regulatory planning
- Support the annual regulatory planning cycle and coordinate activities of Senior IT Regulatory Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 8 years of relevant business experience
- 7 years in budget/finance/program management or regulatory processes
- CBAP, Six Sigma, or ITIL certification
- Experience working with regulatory filings (CPUC, FERC) in an enterprise IT environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory ratemaking processes
- Ability to guide IT leadership on rate case strategy and planning
- Strong grasp of IT systems, architecture, and their strategic role within the enterprise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, compliance, and regulatory documentation
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex, concurrent, and time-sensitive workstreams
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
