What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Umbrella Properties?
Immediate opening for a full-time painter with a locally owned property management company.
Duties:
-Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatter
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Experience in painting
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Valid Driver's License and Transportaion to job site
-A drug test is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
