What we are looking for :
A Community Engagement Manager to develop and expand business relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive referral growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share for key agency programs. Support quality improvement and intake processes based on customer feedback and business development meetings. Engage employees in regional community strategies to expand the customer base, position UMFS as a leader in community advancements, and ensure world-class customer experience. Serve as a key representative and storyteller for UMFS at external meetings, conferences, and vendor events while supporting program innovation and growth as needed.
What you will need :
Bachelors degree, a minimum of five years of professional work experience in Business-to-Business Sales and / or Customer Service, or a master’s in social work or related field with a passion and drive for business development. Demonstrated history of exceeding goals in past positions, and a demonstrated ability to build strong, positive, professional relationships and effectively present and speak in public.
