UMKC-IHD is looking for a BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE in Finance to serve our individual centers with financial and general business support. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with grants/contracts processing
• Working on detailed budget development/planning
• Working with the project managers and the Office of Research Services on project invoicing
• Reconciling and closing out awards/projects
• Creating PeopleSoft for center projects and submitting for approval
• Reviewing budgets and proposals
• Processing and correcting payroll entries and transfers for center accounts/projects
